From the very first visit to have my car Smog tested when we newly moved to Roseville, to many various repair jobs since – ASR has been professional and honest. This is the ONLY car care place I have even been to where they have consistently come in UNDER what they estimate. They take the time to explain what they are doing, and what everything costs. I felt so taken care of, I even recommended that my Mom use them when she moved here. Now THAT is a vote of confidence! I won’t bring my car anywhere else.

I have been going to ASR for a while and honestly I wasn’t sure I could trust them because I’m pretty skeptical about auto repair shops, but I had to take it somewhere.

Over the years I’ve always been treated really well and given a fair deal at ASR. The last time I went in they had completed some service for me that I wasn’t sure was the cause of a current problem, but could have been.

They were honest and told me that the work they had previously done had failed and even though they could have lied or made me pay again, they did the repairs for free.

The time before that I had run out of radiator fluid and they topped it off for me for free just before a long drive to the Bay area and back for free. When they checked that out, they said they couldn’t find any reason to do any work and I’m suspecting that the work they did for the other problem may have been the cause for the lost radiator fluid or maybe a faulty cap which cost about $5.00 to replace. In any event they could have scammed me again and didn’t.

I highly recommend them to work on your car too because of their honesty and integrity.

When I first moved to Roseville I didn’t know where to bring my car for service. I asked a co-worker for advice–a 20-year Roseville resident–and she referred me to Auto Service of Roseville. She said her family had been taking cars here for years.

They are friendly, helpful, and I feel that they are honest mechanics. They even referred me back to the dealer once when they knew I couldn’t work with them for a specific project.

From my first experience (three years ago) to my most recent service, ASR has treated ME like a 20-year customer.

We’ve been having our vehicles serviced here for over 5 years and we’ve never had a negative experience. They consistently come in under estimation and will not do work if it’s not needed. I recently had my oil changed while on a trip in Reno. The place there insisted I shouldnt leave without having my brakes and rotors replaced. I wasn’t familiar with their work and said I’d be careful driving home and go to my mechanic straight away. . Well, glad I did. Automotive Services confirmed my thoughts. My brakes and rotors were more than fine. They’ve always been professional, friendly and honest…. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family.
